Prime Minister Mark Carney has a plan to break the hold giant grocery retailers have over what Canadians buy and how much it costs. CBC News: Compass host Louise Martin spoke with Sylvain Charlebois, director of the Agri-Food Analytics Lab at Dalhousie University, about whether the strategy will work.
