CCP-EM is a partner in the Instruct Computational Centre (CCISB).

The Collaborative Computational Project for electron cryo-microscopy (CCP-EM) supports users and developers in biological EM. The three principal aims are:

CCP-EM has been supported by the MRC since 2012 through a series of Partnership Grants.

There is a mailing list for CCP-EM (supported by JISCMail). The home page for the list is athttps://www.jiscmail.ac.uk/CCPEM. To subscribe to the list, click on "Subscribe or Unsubscribe" on this page. Once you have an account, you can manage your list preference from this page. You can also search the CCP-EM archive from here. Note that you must be subscribed in order to send messages to the list, and the list is PUBLIC, meaning that the archives can be accessed by anyone, and are indexed by search engines. For more details, see the JISCmail Service Policies page.

Support for collaborative software development projects.

CCP-EM are keen to support small collaborative software development projects that are of benefit to the wider community and which produce or improve software that can be distributed through the CCP-EM software suite. We can potentially fund / co-fund developer effort in your institution using income arising from licensing of the suite to for-profit organisations. Projects are typically 3 to 6 months in duration, or longer if co-funding is available. We may be able to support studentships or events, provided there is a tangible benefit to the CCP-EM community. To find out more, please contact us at ccpem@stfc.ac.uk
