Spymasters: Headhunt was made as a pervasive manhunt game in which teams made up of 1 Handler and 1 Spy compete to decipher each other’s location, hunt each other down, and deliver an important briefcase for their team. This is tested to be scalable for up to 11 individuals.

- Managed project workflow and team coordination, ensuring smooth communication through light Scrum techniques
- Structured brainstorming concepts into a framework, allowing easy access for continuing modifications and additions
- Coordinated meeting times, ensuring all team members had the necessary resources and a structured timeline to maintain momentum, mostly done through a deliverables text every 3 days with updates and goals
- Facilitated conflict resolution within the team, addressing ideation and creative differences and workflow challenges to maintain a positive and productive work environment
EDITING, PLAYTESTING
- Edited and refined the game document for clarity, consistency, and structure
- Conducted rigorous group playtesting to refine mechanics, balance gameplay, and enhance player engagement. Gathered and analyzed feedback to iterate on design decisions effectively
