Naveen Agarwal advises boards and companies in financial services and healthcare on innovation, digital transformation, AI, and marketing. Naveen brings deep P/L operating experience and his career spans 30+ years in CEO and other C level operating roles at public companies and startups. He also held executive roles at startups and public companies including Renaissance Software, SunGard and TCS. Naveen frequently speaks on wide-ranging topics and is well respected in AI, growth, and transformation advisory. Jim Dunn

Former Advocate Health, EVP, Chief People and Culture Officer
Jim D. Dunn, PhD, DHA, DAST, FACHE, is executive vice president and chief people and culture officer for Advocate Health, one of the largest non-profit and leading academic health systems in the United States. As a member of the executive leadership team, Dunn leads teams that focus on the engagement of Atrium Health teammates – from recruitment through retirement – including workforce relations, diversity and inclusion, language services, compensation, benefits, learning and organizational development, teammate health, LiveWELL, recognition, events and HR communications, social impact and health equity.
With more than 30 years of experience, Dunn joined Atrium Health in 2018. Previously, he served as a research scientist with the Georgia Tech Research Institute and the leader of global HR operations for former President Jimmy Carter at the Carter Presidential Center in Atlanta. Additional leadership positions held throughout his career include serving as adjunct and distinguished faculty for multiple universities including the Harvard School of Public Health, MIT Sloan School of Management, Morehouse School of Medicine, Emory University, University of Chicago and the University of Texas at Dallas.
Dunn is a state registered professional mediator, specializing in workplace conflict resolution strategies and a fellow (FACHE) and faculty member of the American College of Healthcare Executives. He was also selected by the US Congress to serve on the Congressional Award Foundation’s National Board of Directors and serves as a member and contributing writer for CNBC and Forbes Workforce and HR Councils. Jim also currently serves as Board Chair, Harvey Gantt African-American Center for the Arts and Trustee and Vice-Chair for Central Piedmont Community College, both in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Among his many achievements, Dunn has received the Outstanding Business Leader Award from the Dallas Business Journal, the South Dallas Outstanding Leader Award, and the Global Strategic HR and OD Award from the Organizational Development Institute for his work on informal cultures. He also was named among the 2018 and 2020 Most Influential African Americans in Corporate America by Savoy Magazine. Dunn was also selected as a finalist for 2021 CHRO of the Year by HRO Today Association.

Ms. Johnson is a seasoned human resource professional with experience serving at multiple companies during periods of strategic transformation. She is an inspirational leader entrusted with enabling the effectiveness and wellbeing of employees across organizations. She has guided companies and leadership teams through massive turnarounds and inflection points, recognizing opportunities to champion initiatives that go beyond awareness and transform the mindsets and behaviors that shape a culture.
As part of her tenured career, Ms. Johnson served as Zendesk’s Chief People and Diversity Officer from 2018 to 2022, leading the company’s vision for delivering a great employee experience. She spearheaded Zendesk’s 2020 pivot to a digital-first culture where all employees can thrive regardless of location and created a leader-led diversity model for its employees, customers, and communities worldwide, gaining top-level support and establishing programs in pursuit of true social equity. Before Zendesk, from July 2015 to June 2018, Ms. Johnson was Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer for Plantronics, an audio communications company, where she led a cultural transformation and successful CEO transition to jumpstart growth. Arun Sundararajan is the Harold Price Professor of Entrepreneurship and Professor of Technology, Operations and Statistics at New York University’s (NYU) Stern School of Business. An internationally recognized expert on artificial intelligence governance and digital strategy, his best-selling and award-winning book, “The Sharing Economy,” published by the MIT Press, has been translated into Japanese, Korean, Mandarin Chinese, Portuguese and Vietnamese.
