It's the day of Wendy and Maleek's Serious Incident Investigation panel and, while Maleek is maintaining a calm façade, Wendy is in turmoil. Should she mention that Maleek might have been drinking on shift and risk their friendship or keep quiet and risk her own reputation if it comes out? One thing's for certain, union rep Gary is not about to provide her with any answers.
George has a positive day as Darrell, Darryl and Kareshma all seek her help, and she is finally able to voice her concerns about Jo's affect on the mental wellbeing of the South Hill staff to the higher ups.
Jo's day starts on a downer when she finds herself trapped on shift with Lawrence - and all the off the scale awkwardness this brings. Trying to maintain her new coolly professional attitude to him is a struggle until a meeting with Hazardous Area Response Team leader Diana opens up a world of exciting new possibilities.
