Major's mood swings are getting out of hand. After an alarming incident at the SIU headquarters, it becomes clear to
everyone that time is running out. After all, it's Pancake Day, and Carver has no confidence left in Dr Parfit's ability to help.

In the meantime, Carver and Major are given the simple task of providing their informant Cleasby with a new identity
under witness protection. But when Major discovers that Carver suspects Clifford of being involved in the Chelsea Bridge cover up, he intentionally compromises Cleasby's new location to prevent him incriminating his dad.
