Arnold Schwarzenegger, talking about being seen around London in the last few days on a Boris Bike, says, "People went nuts when they saw me. I had a love of fun dodging through cars and seeing all the historic sights - it was great and at the same time I got a lot of fitness!"

Explaining that his new film Terminator Genisys, whilst being the fifth movie in the franchise, is in fact the sequel to the first two films, he says, "It was a lot of fun to meet my older and younger self in the movie and there was a scene with the exact same lines from the 1984 film - 'I need your clothes, your boots and your motorcycle.'" Adding, "I was also blown away by the kind of things they can do now with visual effects - we couldn't do things like that 10 or 15 years ago."

Revealing he didn't expect to get the part, he says, "I was excited about the new film but I thought they might switch me for someone new, like they do in the James Bond films, so I was happily surprised to be offered the role. It was fun to get back into shape and in to the character - it was like riding a bike and I got straight back into it."

Asked if he thinks there will be a new catchphrase from the new film, he says, "You never know which line will get picked up. I never thought 'I'll be back' would be repeated so much but, if I have to pick one, it will be 'I'm old, but I'm not obsolete.'"

Emilia Clarke, talking about being spotted by fans, says, "I looked so different in Game Of Thrones that I am not recognised much, it doesn't really happen. I can walk around fine. I get stopped once and a while and when that happens I am called Khaleesi and I turn around quicker for that than I do Emilia."

Asked if she was shocked that so many main characters were killed off in the finale of the show, and whether she read her own script with some trepidation, she says, "I did. A lot of people only found out when they read the script. Sometimes if you were lucky you'd have been spoken to before hand!"

Jake Gyllenhaal, talking about his new boxing movie Southpaw, and fighting for real in many scenes, says "There were no stunt doubles, the director wanted it to be real and inevitably I got hit. We had a crowd watching us so you get fired up and you believe it. It's like being on stage and you just go for it. When you get hit it doesn't hurt until afterwards and you just hope they got it on film!"

Asked about how he transformed his physique so dramatically into that of a boxer's - for which Arnold compliments him - Jake says, "I didn't know I could look like that. The goal was to learn how to box and I trained twice a day for five months - the change was a slow progression." Asked if he has kept up the training and his toned body, he says, "No, I just stopped - I am really over it!"

Revealing his early acting career started as a child, he says, "My sister [Maggie Gyllenhaal] would sing songs from Cats and make me lick a bowl of milk like a cat in the corner of the room. And she would say, 'You're not doing it right.'"

Cara Delevingne, revealing why she photo bombs people on the red carpet, she says, "I like to have fun, always. It's like, 'Why not?'" Shown a picture of her photo-bombing Naomi Campbell, she says, "She wasn't best pleased, but she can hopefully have a laugh about it later down the line."

Talking about her rapid rise to fame, she says, "I started when I left school and I'd go to lots of fashion weeks but nobody wanted me and it took about a year at least for anything to happen. Then it went crazy. I felt my life was sprinting ahead of me and I was kind of running after it. Reflecting on it now it feels like it is slowing down a bit."

Asked about her new successful acting career, she says, "Performing is really all I ever wanted to do since I came out of the womb. As a kid I forced people to watch me singing bad songs and putting on puppet shows."

Revealing that not everyone had faith in her acting ability, she says, "Actors have requested my audition tapes because they've said they didn't want to work with me until they had seen them. When I got the part they joked about it."

Asked if she is giving up modelling she says, "I don't have much time to model because it has been so crazy with the movies, but I will do some more at some point, but it is taking a back seat for the moment."

Talking about her trademark eyebrows she jokes, "They do all the work. I just sit waiting for them to do things!"

Tinie Tempah joins Graham for a chat before he performs Not Letting Go live in the studio.

Revealing himself to be in awe of Arnold, he says, "I am freaking out - I have been the biggest fan for a long time."

Talking about his new album and collaborating with other artistes, he says, "I tend to work with people I have a genuine relationship with because, if they are bad in the studio, you have to be able to say so!"
