Tony Hancock returns to screens after leaving the BBC, and this time he's hanging around on a street corner somewhere in SW7, watching as his fellow Londoners go about their daily business.

From his regular spot just outside a bank, he comes into contact with all rungs of society: policemen, politicians, nurses, schoolboys, elderly women, film directors, and even the odd Russian spy.
