Murray visits Bex at her sister's, but it's awkward so Bex makes her excuses and leaves. While Murray is alone in the flat he finds a positive pregnancy test.
Back at the office the company is thrown into a potential fraud crisis, so Murray hunts down Curtis - and finds him in a compromising position.
After his discovery, Murray is more determined than ever to win Bex back, though it quickly transpires that all is not as it seems, and Murray finds himself in an extremely awkward situation with Bex's entire family.
Murray is devastated when Bex reveals she's accepted the job in Birmingham. Later, as Bex is about to leave, Murray decides to make one last romantic gesture. But is it enough for Murray to get his wife back?

In the end, though, this was a comedy that was mainly stuck in neutral. It would really need to shift up a gear or three to make me want to watch a second series.
