Eddie is the last person in the world you would expect to be caught up in a wave of religious fervour. However, when a group of revivalists call on him on Sunday morning, he is quick to answer. At first, his wife Joan is pleased at the tranformation in his character, but when his enthusiasm changes to fanaticism, she enlists the help of Bill and Barbie to bring him back down to earth.
