Darrel is surprised when an office temp takes a shine to him, but the course of true love fails to run smoothly. Gloria disciplines Tania for taking too many sickies, so she sues the firm for discriminating against her. Mike has to deal with Tania's case, and also with Kenny, who is desperate to leave the firm and has an interview for a dream job but is undone by Asif's plan to help him get revenge on Fox Cranford.
