Rab struggles to get his head round all the angles in a love triangle involving his son Gash, his local barmaid Camille and his best mate Jamesie.

As romance blossoms between Gash and Camille, Mary begs Rab to break up the party so Bridie, Gash and Peaches can be a family again. Jamesie steps in to help out - and with the competition out of the way goes on a charm offensive with Camille. As a married man he's got no chance, so desperate times call for desperate measures. Govan is awash with hot passion, but could it really lead to murder?
Meanwhile the Reverend Marr becomes a caustic client of Mary's cleaning company. Cleanliness may be next to godliness but when Rab and Gash fill in for Mary, the Reverend's impossible standards are far from met. In an attempt to appease the hardened minister, Rab and Gash try to bring out his sensitive side. The Reverend finally shows emotion but not the kind everybody was expecting.
