When paranormal activity is reported in a Tudor pub, old family feuds are brought to a head and it looks like Frank and Lu have another mystery on their hands.

Frank and Lu are hired by pub manager Melanie Montague to locate the stolen photograph of her ancestor 'Old Lil' whose spirit is thought to haunt The Barchester Arms. The Montagues have run the pub for generations and Melanie now manages it with her son and head chef, Ben.

The loss of such a precious family heirloom couldn't happen at a worse time - the pub lease is up and landowner Stephen Capulet wants nothing more than to place The Barchester Arms firmly back into the Capulet portfolio.

When events take a deadly turn, the mystery deepens and Frank and Lu discover that Old Lil may have been trying to communicate with them all along.
