At the halfway point of the series, Dara O Briain finds himself baffled by a quantity of milk, John Kearns does some elaborate skipping, Munya Chawawa does some elaborate jumping, and Fern Brady walks too slowly. Amid the carnage, Little Alex Horne attempts to offer sound advice to all five competitors but finds himself largely ignored.

Task 1: Within 30 seconds of opening this task, you must pick up both milk bottles and hold them directly above the microwaves. The clock stops when a milk bottle, hand or arm touches a microwave, or is no longer directly above a microwave. Lowest number on the clock wins, but if the clock reaches zero, you are disqualified. Your time starts now.

Task 2: Get to the end of the lanes in exactly the same amount of time [Lane 1 is flat, Lane 2 is a travelator]. That time must be under one minute. Closest two times wins. Also, you must mirror yourself during your attempts. There are two bonus points for the most stylish mirroring. Both attempts must take place within the next ten minutes.

- Munya: 3 second difference, plus a bonus point for stylish mirroring. - 4
- Dara: 4 second difference. - 2
- Fern: 16 second difference. - 1
Task 3: Strike the bullseye with your point. You must only step on the stepping stones and you must step on all the stepping stones. Also, your hands must be below your waist at all times. Fastest wins. Your time starts now.
- Everyone is disqualified, with Dara putting his hands above his waist, and everyone else not stepping on all the stepping stones. - 0
Live task, Part 1: Inches or feet? Part 2: Paint a picture of a unicorn using your head brush [the brush being either six inches or six feet]. You may not handle your head brush at any point. You have two minutes.
