That Mitchell And Webb Look is a BAFTA award winning sketch show largely adapted from That Mitchell & Webb Sound, the stars' Radio 4 series. Each episode features a range of sketches, some coming from recurring characters, others as stand alone one-offs. The double-act's comedy ranges from the satirical to the strange.

Recurring sketches include Numberwang, a popular maths quiz which is almost impossible to play, and The Surprising Adventures of Sir Digby Chicken-Ceaser in which a drunk tramp thinks he is fighting crime with his sidekick Ginger.

Then there are Ted and Peter, two snooker commentators who are always looking at the more disturbing side of the game. Meanwhile, Raymond Terrific tries to get a panel of boffins to solve the world's problems in Big Talk.

There are also the Lazy Writers, who can never be bothered to do any research for the programmes they write for; the pink jumpsuit-clad Helivets, who claim they can save any animal; The Quiz Broadcast, a game show broadcast in 2013 following an apocalyptic incident simply known as "The Event"; and the classic 1970s sitcom Get Me Hennimore!

Series four also introduced the "Up Yours Parents" who are all sweet when talking to their baby but hurling insults at each other; the world's most cramped office; and religious travel show A Prayer and a Pint with Donny Cosy (Mitchell).

Much like in their original 2001 sketch show (The Mitchell And Webb Situation), there are also a number of sketches tackling the awful mind-numbing blandness of daytime television.

The episodes are infrequently punctuated with a look 'behind the scenes' - in these sections Mitchell and Webb perform narrative sketches as accentuated versions of themselves (e.g. David is posh, Robert is dumb).
