Tonight's guests are the legendary Art Garfunkel, American pop siblings The Pierces, classical comedy trio Sol3 Mio from New Zealand, as well as comedy from Sarah Millican, Jimeoin and Palladium veteran Jimmy Tarbuck.
There is also an exclusive preview with the cast of new West End show Memphis: The Musical, starring Beverley Knight and Killian Donnelly, and performances from street dance troupe Diversity and Canadian speciality act Catwall Acrobats.
