Richard France is really starting to rub people up the wrong way. First, Richard asks everyone to attend a performance-improving workshop, then without any consultation, he announces the immediate construction of a 'breakout zone'. It's the last straw for Gavin, who puts in a call to Head Office.

Is a bond starting to form between Julie and Anna? It would seem so when the latter comes to the rescue to help Julie take control of the builders.

And after forgetting Lisa's birthday, Colin tasks Leighton to find the perfect present, leading to some major miscommunication.
