It's Valentine's Day, and Greg is pining for a lady friend. On top of that, the Klangbury Council office looks like a pigsty, and the annual inspection is imminent. The Mayor is splenetic as ever, and Greg's mood takes a turn for the worse when the entire Department of Audience - save for one unspeakably ugly man in a vest - refuses to go out with him.
Greg's spirit is lifted when a beautiful stranger drops by - will he find happiness? And how did Marek, once Klangbury's leading ladies' man, become such a simpleton? All will be revealed...
