[ Material ] What is the material of the medal?
We offer multiple materials, most commonly metal, acrylic, and PVC. We can also provide wood or crystal medals.
[ Custom ] Is there a limit to the shape or size of a custom medal?
No, we do not have shape or size limitations. In our system, we offer sizes from 1.5 inches to 5 inches. Other sizes can also be customized.
[ Thickness ] What is the thickness of the medals?
Typically, custom enamel medals are 3-5 mm, and UV printed medals are 2-3 mm. The standard thickness style is free.
You can personalize the thickness of your medals. Thicker medals will be an additional fee.
[ Design ] Can you offer advice on medal design?
Of course. We have 100+ professional designers offering free design advice. Whether you have a rough idea, a draft, or a logo, we will help you complete the design. We allow unlimited revisions until you're truly satisfied.
[ Number or Name ] Can I design a different number or name on each medal?
Of course. We know that medals are customized for your participants. Therefore, we offer an exclusive service. CustomMedals Co. usually uses laser engraving to achieve this. We charge an additional fee for this service.
However, additional molds are required if you want your name or numbers engraved on the metal wire. You will need to order them separately (we call them "AB ORDERS"), and they will be produced and shipped simultaneously.
[ Color ] How many colors are available for medals?
There is no limit!
For enamel medals, 5 or fewer colors are free. Adding additional colors will have a corresponding fee. SUNamel Medals do not have an extra charge as to how many colors are used.
[ Time ] What is the production time for custom medals?
Our quickest production time for custom medals is 24 hours, with an additional 2 to 3 days for shipping. For orders with a longer turnaround time—spanning 15 to 30 business days—we provide corresponding discounts, ranging from 10% to 30%.
[ Order Quantity ] What is the Minimum Order Quantity for customized medals?
We have no minimum order.
