Based on Scorpion from Mortal Kombat 1. He wasn't engineered for tickling (he's pretty accurate to how he is in game), and is good for battle RPs. However, you can definitely still have tickle RPs with him if you're creative. I was inspired by both playing a ton of Mortal Kombat and Moonboyfeet's art of him.
