ok well, I have always love the anime AKIRA, and for some of you, you already know that. But I have always wanted to draw Tetsuo Really dramatic. Like he's crazy and out of control but you cannot capture that in a still pic with out making it move. So I figure
"hey Dramatic shots are usally when they are drawn from the worms eye view pr from a birds eye view right? So here ya go, though it may not be all the way to the ground, but I placed the camera in front of his mechanical arm.
