I can't take a stallion with a Pinkie Pie mane and tail seriously. The eyes are an assumed colour based on a pony with a similar coat colour. There is no cutie mark as there is no cutie mark shown in-show.
Fun fact: The following Wonderbolts start and finish the race: Blaze, Silver Lining, Soarin, Fleetfoot and Spitfire. However, the following Wonderbolts are seen actually in the race: Spitfire, Soarin, Blaze, Silver Lining, Misty and Fire Streak.
