I am finally glad that I was able to finish this and have it turn out great! I was even able to use a high quality camera to take this picture and not my cell phone

I wanted to draw Seras in her Blood-Soaked unifirm (that she somehow decided to keep for at least 30 years...) mainly because it makes for excellent contrast with her hair, and the overall awesomeness that comes with anything that is red... With all of that aside, I really do hope you all enjoy what is definately my best work yet!

I do not own Hellsing, Hellsing Ultimate, or Seras Victoria.
