If you haven't been online recently, Legend: Arceus recently dropped a lot of news, including new Hisuian forms and like every other person, gravitated towards a special boi called Hisuian Growlithe. Now, I do not really like doing regional forms for myself, hence the absolute lack of it on my platforms, but for Arcanine, I always make an exception. So here is my take on a Hisuian Arcanine. It will probably be Rock/Fire and pulls from Lion Dogs/Komainu, and Jade, something I feel can work with the concepts for PLA.
