Hey, everybody. Some of you may have picked up on it, but I'm deciding to finally break the news on this platform. I'm going to be moving away from deviantArt and making a full transition to newgrounds. With dA standing with Israel while their government is perpetrating a genocide against the Palestinian people, I no longer feel comfortable on the platform of deviantArt. Thank you everyone for following me throughout my journey of creation, helping me grow up, and believing in me the whole way. Here are some rules for what to do and what not to do with my sprites!

What I do allow! ------------------------------------------ 1. Using my content to create comics, games, thumbnails or screenshots without editing them or selling them for commercial use. Credit must be given. 2. While my thoughts and policies for permission and credit have changed quite a bit, here are my current wishes. I would absolutely love if you were to ask to use my sprites and/or content beforehand, though I can tolerate it if credit is given. 3. Making sprites of your own that are based off of my content. This does not mean that you try to make it as close to mine as possible. This does meant that you can make a sprite using a design of mine. Credit must be given for the design. ------------------------------------------ What I do not allow. ------------------------------------------ 1. You cannot take ideas from Alternate universes or original ideas of mine and import them into your own, and/or claiming them as yours. That's plagiarism, and is highly frowned upon if not illegal. 2. You cannot reupload my artwork anywhere without credit or permission. 3. This is a very big pet peeve of mine, so listen closely. You cannot edit my artwork whatsoever. You cannot tweak it, build upon it, take elements from it, nothing. 4. Use my artwork for commercial use. Selling my art is a big no-no. 5. Big, important part. Saying "credit to artist" when referring to me does NOT cut it. Say "credit to addicted2electronics." ------------------------------------------ Disclaimer! ------------------------------------------ Undertale and all of it's components, sprites, characters, etc., belong to Toby Fox, not me! However, this only includes the original sprites and ideas. I do not claim ownership from the original sprites or characters I have built upon. I did not make Underswap.
