With the release of that Fiona and Cake spin-off a while back, and I really thought about the premise for a minute. I depressed (Twenty Something?) girl going through the struggles and depression of young adult life with her cat sidekick, occasionally going on multi-dimensional adventures....sound familiar?

Despite not fully watching it, I got a lot of Bee and Puppycat vibes from Fiona and Cake's premise. Which is pretty poetic since Natasha Allegri worked on Adventure Time so...inspiration or coincidence. You decide?

Though admittingly, a part of me is mildly curious to see Fiona and Cake...do I need to watch Adventure Time to fully understand it?
