The title of the picture is "Last Days" for a reason. It's been more than a decade that our city claims the right to have the train line extended until here (the train line currently stops one city before the one I live in). Now, it will finally happen, and although it's a good thing for the ones living here, beautiful places like the one in the picture will be severely changed.
Part of the trees in the picture, the ones in the background (where you can see an orange line) will be removed in order to build the concrete pilars that will be the base for the train line.
So, these are the last days to have a vision like this one.

And although this a beautiful, bright green place, it's not a river. It's the citie's open air sewer. It's incredible how a place like this can be beautiful, isn't it?
