In the world where friendships bloom, A loss can feel like a winter's gloom. A cherished friend, now out of sight, Leaves the heart in a lonely night. Memories play in silent song, Whispering of where you both belong. Sad echoes in the empty space, A bittersweet, tender embrace. The sun once bright, now hides its face, In the shadow of an empty place. Yet friendship endures, beyond the end, The spirit of a once dear friend. Time may heal the aching heart, But in the soul, they remain a part. For friendship’s bond, though stretched and thin, Holds forever the warmth within.
