I said once in an old artwork, but if you didn't know, I like Ship Spotlight and Blackout. Since that artwork of them, I had not drawn them together again until my last art, although I wanted to make one where it does show my Ship between these two.

And so here is today's art, and yeah I based on that other meme of artists.

The story here is basically as Echo asks Spotlight how Blackout became her boyfriend. She just asked him.
