WHY IS THIS PICTURE CALLED POPTART!? why for many wonderful (1) reasons!

okay well i tried the style if such a thing exists. this person is EPIC so i kinda tried to draw like them BUT ONLY FOR THIS ONE OCCASION, i know its cute and stuff but this style like, belongs to zhampy. so yeah
