Very cute drawing, I must say. You did a cute job on capturing her emotion. The colors are quite captivating as well.
One thing I'll point out, and others have pointed this out as well, is that the highlights are very strong. I understand you are learning, but just for future reference, the highlights could be toned down just a bit.
Another thing I want to point out - and this might just be a me thing - is the eyes look very big. It might just be a difference in style, but maybe scale the eyes down a little bit so they don't take up more than half her face.
