They actually look like a pretty happy couple. We really don't know much about the senior Castillos for sure, though admittedly the fact that there was a revolution against Gabriel and modern Yarans don't seem to think fondly of him doesn't paint the best picture. Still, it's intriguing to imagine Gabriel going home to his wife and son after ordering brutal reprisals against the guerrillas.
