Description

Chiara returned to Solitude to meet the Generals of the northern Legions.
The Empress has enemies everywhere, even on her own side. General Tullius isn't happy about the current situation. He once said, that he should be Emperor and not a young girl like Chiara... Solitude became a very dangerous place for the Empress, so she needs the best protection, which she can get at the moment. It will need some time, until the Blades, especially Delphine, will trust her...
