General scansion is quite attractive. Lovely and vibrant colours, a clear subject, and an overall ethereal theme. Upon closer inspection, the subject is well centred, and the contrast of colours (between the orange-related colours of the subject and the cyan colours of the surroundings) create a striking distinction between the two. The blur effect can be slightly overbearing, however its addition to the general theme of the image make certainly make it worthwhile. Though the archetypal image of the 'maiden amongst nature' is incredibly common, the ethereal theme adds a new original twist, making the image fresh and exciting despite the typicality of the subject. Overall, very beautiful, with a fresh subject, beautiful and striking colours, and an interesting overarching theme that all work together to make a beautiful and artistic image.
