It's not a party without party hats, at least that's what Pinkie Pie thinks. And that's especially true for birthdays. She's absitively, posolutely sure. And she can tell it somepony's birthday too. I wonder which one's it is. It's party time!Well, I think we know whose birthday's coming up. So, I thought I'd make a vector of this. After watching that birthday short from Netflix (before Netflix removed it, boo), I loved that scene. Pinkie's as cute and silly as always. I kept forgetting to make it, but I decided to go for it now. I would be happy if she were at my birthday party. She's the party pony of all party ponies, and a true friend.
