The Blue Fairy from Disney's Pinocchio.

I had a hard time trying to figure out the period of the movie, there aren't that many hints. I searched for the original book and that one was published in 1883, so this dress is from around that year.

It looks a lot like my historic Cinderella piece and if this was any other character, I would have gone with a different color. But she's called the Blue Fairy and putting her in a red dress would just be stupid

I left some space to add wings, but in the end decided not to make them. But to keep something of her in it I made a starry background and tried to give her a gleam. This would be easy with Photoshop, but since I don't have that and Twistedbrush doesn't have a function like that, I had to improvise.
