Hi! Well, first of all, thank you for inviting me to this group! 
Second - Members can't submit their art, you need to fix those options in Administrator log. 
I hope that it's helpful!
Members can submit their art,but not in 'Featured' folder 
E, pricam na srpskom posto sad videh da si iz Srbije! CX
Treba da dozvolis za ostale foldere, a da prekines dozvolu za Featured folder da clanovi stavljaju radove. Za sad samo moze u Featured folder-u da se stvaljaju radovi!
