Yesterday I told myself I'd take a day off from doing any sort of painting. So yesterday felt like a good day to do a sci-fi concept painting.

lawls. I'm the same way too, bro. Everyday, it's like I must create something; be it illustration, music, or literature... otherwise, I'd feel as if the day's been wasted... and here I am majoring in Sociology when it should've been Art!!!
