Description

This is the result of a doodle of a funny dragon. I wanted it to have an unusually long neck and little tiny arms and wings.
One thing I love about this peice is that I have discovered screen layers in photoshop. Using an Airbrush tool with low pressure and a bright colour on a layer set to SCREEN, you can create a glow. Make sure the layer is at the very top. I used this on the dragons spinal juttings and the moon.
