Not like 'this is a totally sucky picture'
but it sucks!
Turn it upside down, and it becomes 'This Blows'

Ahem, moving on.....
I did this for the Art Fair that's coming up in August. I'm submitting a painting, a 'drawing', and a mix media piece. Plus a series of photography. But this is my drawing!
I was going to do a tribal lady, but I had no idea what to do for the background I might do a painting of her instead...

But anyways, this is basically a girl stopping herself from being sucked down a portal/vortex/black hole. With ribbons being spewed out/sucked in You figure out which!

Honestly, I thought this picture was going to be a crash, but I'm pretty happy with how it looks... except for the vortex/portal/black hole itsself That was awkward to draw. And in the 'preview' image, it kind of looks like her hair I don't think it looks that bad in the actual size, though. Idunno, you tell me.
Should I make the portal a little darker around her hair?

And you have NO IDEA how IMPOSSIBLE it is to look up 'portal' and NOT get that video game, or whatever it is. Bleh.

Oh, done in Inking Pens and a Black Prisma Marker (I'm pretty sure I killed them Plus, my stomach started feeling like blargle-gop (HA) after using that black marker for the whole background .... stupid marker fumes
