I had to use a ton of reference to do this, mainly from [link]
[link] . From the AS site in particular, I've always loved the way she colors faces... but she resets her whole page every couple of weeks u.u she even had a great tutorial and I lost it.

Anyway, another "yeah, this will be a fast experiment" *6 hours later*. But I really like the result. Ok, yeah, she looks like code geass' Nunnally, but I like that color combo, and it wasn't intentional at all.
Also had a lot of fun with the background, I'll try that clear color+white details more.
Done in SAI, some practice about using less layers and the brush option. Kinda neat-o, I'll keep doing it.
