There's a story arc called "Sword of the Atom" in which the titular hero's power malfunction and is permanently stuck at six inches tall. He then meets a race of similar sized people, and become their hero.

In this picture, let's say that the malfunction caused Atom to shrink even further, to the point that the usually tiny princess Laethwen can hold him in the palm of her hand.

I really like Laethwen's design. I might do more GTS pics featuring her in the future.
