Lazarus is a member of a species called Blyths (yes I'm mentioning this again), a species made by the awesome @/Trioxide_ace2 on twitter! Go check him out, seriously, they make such cool shit-
Anyway, enjoy!

Lil tid bit about him:

-Lazarus is no gentle soul and often gives in to his temper, usually at the most inopportune moment.

-His mask doesn't actually cover anything, besides his mouth. He wears it simply to confuse people.

-Lazarus has the power to control the speed of any object, allowing him to speed up or slow down anything moving within his sight. He could accelerate an object to the point where it is near impossible to see, or slow down an object to a crawl. He can also apply his ability to himself, allowing him to outrun his opponents, or fall from great heights without a scratch.
His ability can only apply to things within his field of view, and only if what he's looking at is clearly viewable. Things like fog and smoke can hinder his abilities. Not entirely, but enough to up your chances of survival should you be his opponent.

-Lazarus generally likes to live in forest areas, where he can be by himself to control his temper.
