I'm sick of Lucy's old design, so after ten years I finally redesigned her! I changed her look, ditched her striped stockings for white stockings, replaced those feathers she had, and gave her lipstick. I've also changed her last name to 'Spector' because 'Rainbow' isn't great for a villain.

Lucy Spector is the seventh child of the Spector Gang, eight evil children of Queenie Spector. She is pretty and charming, and she has magical powers that she can use. She is also a decent musician, but her evil music could kill you in no time!
