I hated the teleporting, but man, this was such a good, unique fight. Little Bro using Big Bro as a tank and healing him was oddly touching. It really made me feel like the bad guy. We've seen what relighting the First Flame does to the Lords of Cinder; is it any surprise Lothric refused to become kindling? I imagine he saw the same problem we did: the world was never supposed to be an eternal Age of Fire, and forcing it to be such was deeply traumatic to the world and all the people in it. I can't help but think of Lothric as something of a conscientious objector. You might disagree with his choices, but you can't deny he had a good reason for that decision.
