Okay, another small artwork from my highschool days: Raggedy Ann and Andy, based off the Richard Williams movie of the same name. I had just discovered this movie right before I did this, and it was one of those animated movies that really inspired me and made me want to animate. It's a really wierd movie, but the animation is GORGEOUS!!! I mean, it has so many greats who worked on it: Richard Williams, Corny Cole, Art Babbit, Hal Ambro, Dan Haskett, Emery Hawkins (his animation of The Greedy is AMAZING - we were going to watch it in my animation class), the list goes on and on. And freakin' Joe Raposo (of Sesame Street and The Muppet Show) did the music. I can always forgive this movie its flaws just because of the people who worked on it. I mean, I bought the making-of book for this movie because the behind the scenes is full of uber-talented people.

Oh, and just a side note, this was drawn on index card, colored with colored pencils, and then cut out with exacto knife. Because that was the kind of thing I did in highschool.
