Exotica Jasper's Special abilities

Bullet; Black Telekinesis can influence/manipulate/move objects/matter with their mind. Telekinesis is one of the basis of many superpowers that are based on "controlling/manipulating", and may evolve to the point that a Telekinetic can control anything at a subatomic level

Bullet; Black Art Attacks
is able to release/use various forms of art to attacks of various shapes and/or intensities, either projected, used as a part of melee attacks, etc

Bullet; Black Spin Dash is able to perform a quick dash maneuver in which they roll into a ball, spinning forward and crashing through opponents, even cutting through them should the user's anatomy allow it

Bullet; Blue Hydrokinesis

can create, shape and manipulate water, inorganic compound with liquid, gas (steam, water vapour), and solid (ice) states, including changing them from one state to other

can create bodies of water either from nothing or by shaping existing environment to the form they want

Bullet; Blue Ice Aura

can release and surround themselves in/with ice/cold for defensive and/or offensive purposes, possibly becoming almost untouchable and granting them various abilities/attacks. The aura may also give the user enhanced physical capabilities such as speed, strength and durability
