Sparky Toy [Fazbear Legacy] by ArtisticArtAndStuffs on DeviantArt (original) (raw)

1993:

In an attempt to keep the business open, Henry had the idea to make and sell toys, in hopes of recovering the revenue lost from the lack of customers. Using whatever connections he still had, he was able to start mass producing these toys. The results were varied, with some being much more popular than others.

--------------------------------------------------

"WHO'S A GOOD BOY? SPARKY ACTS JUST LIKE A REAL DOG!"

Another toy Henry made; a redesign of the Sparky the Dog animatronic. To finally introduce it to the public. They were programmed with pre-set movements to act just like real dogs, able to listen to voice commands and do cool tricks accordingly. These toys were the most popular, and the most profitable. Mostly because they were also the most expensive.

Henry changed the design a bit, in an attempt to make it more appealing. He considered updating the Sparky animatronic to match, as it was still unfinished, however he never got the chance. By now it was becoming clear that the pizzeria itself did not have long left. There were almost no customers some days, and the complaints were piling up. It was only a matter of time until the restaurant was forced to close.

The last toy for now. Another double reference, to both Sparky's design from the FNAF Movie, and also to Fetch from the Frights story 'Fetch'.

I like the design in the movie, and I figured this would be a neat way to reference it. But who knows, I might redraw one of the Sparky animatronics with this design just as an extra, to see how it'd look.

Also, little extra story detail: Samantha bought one for what would've been Susie's 17th birthday, since she knew Susie loved dogs.
