As some one already mentioned, her head is a bit too big. Also, her body is rather long for a Sonic Fan Character. Fur colour is a bit too bright, maybe add some darker toned (but not boring) colours to make her more subtle. Maybe also add on some accessories to make her look more interesting. Hands and feet are a bit small as well. And try adding some shading... it really helps the artwork pop out!!
Maybe use bases to really help practise (there's LOADS which you caj use!!) and look at other people's art to see how you can improve ❤❤❤
