What if a Tu'kostar work as a plumber?

If a member of the Tu'kostar species (Waybig's race) from a cosmic storm were to become a plumber for some reason, could they effectively perform their duties as member of this galactic organization despite their enormous size and overwhelming firepower? How could a magister effectively train someone who is significantly larger than their space stations?
